Recently, in Taoha Village, Delingha City, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Prefecture, Qinghai Province, a photographer captured a precious picture of two lynxes walking leisurely on the snowy grassland. The lynx looks like a cat, but it is bigger. The solitary wild animal belongs to the middle-sized beast of prey, with black and towering clusters of hair at the tips of ears.

In recent years, as ecological protection in the Qaidam Basin is enhanced, local photographers have frequently spotted various wild animals on the plateau, including snow leopards, lynxes, manuls, wolves, and bharals in surrounding areas.
