
A total of 31 medical workers from Beijing's seventh batch of group-style Aid-Tibet medical team and Lhasa People's Hospital came to Drepung Monastery in Lhasa recently to carry out medical services such as blood pressure measurement, consultation and pulse measurement for monks and locals around the monastery. They also provided free medicines worth about 30,000 yuan to about 300 monks.
The medical service won unanimous praise from locals and monks, expressing their gratitude while receiving the medicines.
