XINING, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) --This year's large-scale migration of Tibetan antelopes in northwest China's Hoh Xil nature reserve has been recently completed, according to the facility's management.
On May 2, the first group of female Tibetan antelopes started their journey to Zonag Lake in Hoh Xil to give birth, returning to their natural habitats with their young in early July this year.
In the past few days, some female Tibetan antelopes and cubs were still on their way back to their natural habitats. As of Aug. 16, the reserve's patrol team recorded 6,185 returning Tibetan antelopes, an increase of 233 from last year.
