BATANG, Feb. 23 (Kangba TV) -- Batang Xianzi, a comprehensive art integrating poetry, Qin (a musical instrument), songs and dances, enjoys a history of more than 1,000 years.
In 2006, Batang Xianzi was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage (ICH).
"Celebrating Spring Festival in Batang and experiencing the unique charm of ICH recalls my memory," said Gelsong Tsering, who came back home for the Spring Festival.
For Batang people, watching the annual Xianzi performance is the most exciting thing.
