July 19 (Kangba TV)--Located in the hinterland of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Nyima County, Nagqu Tibet, is with an average elevation of over 4,500 meters.
With hostile natural conditions, it is called "depopulated zone". Palmo, a 26-year-old postman of Nyima County, has been shuttling back and forth in the 7 administrative villages on the prairie with postal parcels full of newspapers and letters.
The most remote village of Nyima is hundreds of kilometers away from the county, and some neighborhoods in the village are dozens of kilometers away from each other.

The prepared food carried with Palmo generally includes a bag of Tsampa, several blocks of butter and a bottle of mineral water. She spends a whole day walking on the bumpy unearthed road, and sometimes has to stay overnight in cols. Nevertheless, with motorcycle and legs, she has been to almost all corners of Nyima County for years, sending letters expected by shepherds of every village.
