It is learned from Qinghai Lake scenic area protection and utilization administration that Qinghai Lake scenic spot has upgraded 32 tourist washrooms with shoe-cleaning machines, water heaters, mobile charging stations, etc.

According to head of the administration, they have upgraded the 32 tourist washrooms and newly built 13 ecological washrooms and seven unisex washrooms. Washroom management service standards are established and daily consumables are supplied. Specialized staff are arranged to do the management and clean work.

In addition, 15 new energy buses, green sightseeing vehicles, tenantable bikes by scanning QR code and sightseeing carriages are added.  

More shuttle buses between Xining City and Erlangjian scenic spot are increased to offer more access to the scenic spot.

New tourist projects have also be launched, like aviation eco-tourism experience, emergency rescue, hot air balloon, water bicycle and drone experience. 

Self-driving, cycling, hiking lines are in the plan to further promote the integration of sports, culture and tourism and publicize ecological and environmental protection concept.
