Based on local culture and landscapes, Heishui County plans to build Jiazu, Changde and Yangrong Tibetan villages into “colorful Jiazu”, “red-culture Changde”, and “rehabilitation Yangrong” respectively.

Yangrong Hade is a Gyarong Tibetan-inhabited village. Yangrong is also called Zhangzhung in Tibet. Zhangzhung culture is the foundation of Tibetan culture so that local people are the descendants of Tibet Zhangzhung people.

Hade, meaning auspiciousness and happiness, refers to the place where deities live.

Yangrong Village is also called Dongbaga by local people, meaning the land of happiness.

Red Changde is a red-culture-theme tourist destination since Heishui County used to be a stop of the Red Army’s Long March.

Colorful Jiazu Tibetan Village sits along the provincial highway S203. The outer walls of local houses are colorful. As a must pass to Naizi Valley, Jiazu Village is equipped with food and accommodations.
