ZADOI, Aug. 9 (Kangba TV) -- An aerial photography contest themed “Overlook the charming Zadoi”, cohosted by the publicity department of Zadoi County committee of CPC and Qinghai branch of China News Serviceis is held in Zadoi County, the first county in the source of Lancang River. 

Drone pilots from Beijing, Anhui, Xinjiang, Sichuan and other ten provinces and municipalities participate in the event. 

Zadoi County in Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province is hailed as the hometown of snow leopards. With high mountains, lakes, bushes and grassland, Zadoi boasts one of the most important breeding habitats for wild animals in Sanjiangyuan area on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. 

Drone pilots have taken aerial photos in the first gulf and the grand canyon of the Lancang River, the viewing platform of Zadoi County and enjoyed the beauty and grandeur of the Lancang River.

Wang Jinsheng from Gansu Province said, “Via this event, drone pilots from across the country can learn from and communicate with each other. Meanwhile, the beauty of the Lancang River can be recorded and publicized. More people can learn about Zadoi, Lancang River and Qinghai as well as its ecology and humanity.” 

Saini Gengar Tsering, a drone pilot from Qinghai’s Yushu said, “I have learnt many aerial photography skills from other drone pilots. Via the contest, I found how beautiful my dear hometown is and the aerial photos can deliver her beauty to more people.”
