Milin county means "medicine prefecture" in Tibetan language. As the birthplace of Tibetan Medicine culture, it has the richest plant-based medicinal materials in Tibet.  

　　One of the largest grand canyons in the world - Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon has the beautiful Namjagbrawa Peak.  

　　The Lhoba nationality is in Nanyigou scenic zone. Lhoba means 'southerner' in Tibetan language. People of the Lhoba nationality are adept hunters, especially the men. They usually spend 40 years in hunting in their whole life.
