In 2014, Tenzin Dondrup served as the director of the manufacturing workshop. Through his continuous efforts, the operation rate of the workshop equipment has been improved year by year, greatly reducing the failure points of the system.

Through system optimization, the power consumption per ton of cement output has been reduced by about 2 kwh. In 2020, the annual production of cement was 5.3696 million tons, and the annual electricity cost was saved by more than 7 million yuan.

“Safety production is always ongoing and in progress; there is no stop.” Tenzin Dondrup pays special attention to safety, and he is called a workaholic by his colleagues. He has not taken a vacation for 10 consecutive years, and has devoted all his energy to his work.

In 2020, he began to serve as the assistant to the general manager and the director of the manufacturing workshop. Tenzin Dondrup took a lot of measures, such as improving the incentive mechanism, implementing internal performance appraisal and clarifying job responsibilities, to solve difficult problems. The sense of responsibility and motivation of employees has been greatly improved.

From an ordinary front-line worker to the director of the manufacturing workshop, then to the deputy general manager of the company in ten years, Tenzin Dondrup is just a striver, forging ahead with the company and his peers.
