Personal Experience:

Grown up in the Kangba plateau, he accepted, understood and loved the Tibetan culture. He liked Tibetan language broadcast and wanted to be a host ever since his childhood. He hosted a variety of recreational activities in schools and also the art activities in Counties and the Prefecture, during the ten years of teaching in schools. With his quick thinking, superb language skills, out-going characteristic, humorousness, extraordinary eloquence and charming voice, he was loved by his fellow teachers, students and audiences, which laid a good foundation of his popularity.

After graduating from the Kangding Normal School in 1994, he worked in Garze Kagong Primary school, Publicity Department of Garze County Party Committee and Tibetan Language Department of Garze Middle School. In his thirteen teaching years, he worked as the academic director and teacher. More than 200 students were admitted to universities. Besides, he taught in the winter and summer vacations voluntarily for twelve consecutive years.

In 2009, he was transferred to work in Kangba TV, served as the deputy director of Special Arts Department and the producer and host of Champa Talk Show.

In addition, he hosted "Kangba Tibetan New Year Gala", "Batang Chord" and "Tibetan Red--New Dragon" and Qinghai TV's "Tibetan New Year Gala" for five consecutive years. Besides, he served as a judge of Mandarin-Tibetan Bilingual competitions. At invitations from the Tibetan areas, he hosted a variety of large-scale theatrical programs there.

Personal works

In 2007 and 2009, Chinese-Tibetan-English Visual Dictionary of New Daily Vocabulary and the Chinese-Tibetan-English Dictionary of New Daily Vocabulary, which he co-edited were published by Sichuan Nationalities Publishing House.

In 2006 and 2008, the Collection of Garze Songs and Dances and the Collection of Garze Proverbs he collected and complied were published. Many of his works were often published in newspapers and magazines, such as in the Garze Daily, Nationality, Gongga Mountain, Tibetan Culture etc.

Awards:

In 2011, his original work Prince of the Folk Songs won the first prize of the entertainment and interview class in National Tibetan Television Assessment.

In 2012, Champa Talk Show which he served as the producer and host won the Excellent Award in National Tibetan Television Assessment.

In 2013, Dege Dialect Research he wrote collected the first prize of the research papers class in National Tibetan Television Assessment.

In 2013, the episode Home of Handicrafts in the Champa Talk Show which he served as the producer and host collected the first prize of the interview programs class in National Tibetan Television Assessment.

In 2013, "The Heaven-Blessed Culture of Kangba", a grand TV document that he participated in dubbing was awarded the first place of the outstanding documentary class in National Tibetan Television Assessment.

In 2012, the movie the Great Cause of China's Foundation which he participated in dubbing and translating got the first prize of the translation production class in National Tibetan Television Assessment.

In 2013, he was awarded as a Top Ten Host in Sichuan Province

In 2014, he won the first prize of National Tibetan Television Host.

On Kangba Dialect Research won the special award of the National Research Paper Award of Tibetan Media.
