Tsering Tsotan, who was born in the 1980s, is a National People's Congress representative from the Changtang Grassland in Tibet. She is the Party branch secretary of Na Village in Chagtse Township, Biru County, Nagqu Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region.

In 2018, she led 173 households of 907 people to get out of poverty. She herself has gone from being a shepherd girl running through mountains to "hope of the whole village" today.

Tsering Tsotan said that during the "Two Sessions" in 2018, she submitted proposals for the rural revitalization strategy. This year, in addition to increasing farmers and nomads' incomes, she is particularly concerned about infrastructure construction and medical care, which are closely related to the lives and production of villagers. It is understood that Na Village sits at an average elevation of 4,500 meters. In 2018, the per capita income for farmers and nomads reached 13,300 yuan (1987.21 US dollars), which enabled the whole village to rise out of poverty.
