 A mountain climbing event was held in the Nanshan Mountain Park of Lhasa, capital city of the southwest China's Tibet, to welcome the New Year on January 1, 2018. Departing from the entrance of the park, participants needed to ascend as high as 3,900 meters above the sea level to finish the almost 5 kilometers' journey.
